Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged, defective, incorrect, or tampered condition.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging along with all labels, seals, and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of nutrition and wellness products, we do not accept returns for:

3. Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographs or videos showing the issue

4. Refund Eligibility

7. Return Shipping

In cases where the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Yoog Nutrition may arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in cases that do not qualify under this policy.

8. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
